Cross Court offers self-contained apartments in a modern three-story building with ample open space to the rear. Tenants will have Learning Difficulties, Autism and a combination of presentations that may require extra support to make choices and enjoy an independent life. Easy access to employment opportunities, shopping and open spaces; the Cross Court service focuses on positive risk and actively explores opportunities and challenges.

Offering self-contained individual apartments, Horsham Road is conveniently located with easy access to open parks, the town centre and major railway stations. All apartments have separate kitchens/lounges, bathrooms and bedrooms. Supporting people with a Learning Disability and /or Autism, this service is popular among professionals and service users. Set with large rear gardens offering space for shared activities. Each apartment is a real key to its own front door for those individuals who may have Autism and wish to express themselves in a safe environment whilst stimulating the opportunity for community support in taking new steps into the community.

A sister service to St Julian's, Temple Road offers self-contained studio apartments supporting those with Learning Disabilities and Autism to live as independently as possible, access the community and make decisions through active support and encouragement. A large rear garden and easy access to the amenities within the Borough of Croydon supplement spacious community areas.

Chipstead Court

Chipstead Court is located in the heart of Surrey, offering self-contained apartments for individuals with Learning Disability, Autism and additional complex needs, offering choice and independence to the people we support. The apartments are split over two floors, with those who require more complex support looking to take tenancy on the first floor. There are two sensory suites together with two social areas for community activities. An outdoor gym, allotment bed, and wide open space are within the grounds. Set in a countryside location yet within easy reach of local facilities and communication routes. Features a fully disabled access accommodation.

Prinsted is a supported living service for those with Learning Disabilities and Autism. It offers self-contained apartments, spacious shared communal areas with activity rooms, and a rear garden for leisure and activities. Adjoining the main house is an annexe that provides individual accommodation in a different streamlined style.

Focusing on those with a Learning Disability or Autism, this service offers individual apartments, shared communal areas, and a large garden close to major shops and transport hubs.
